Stretching is a great way to bring a little movement into your life. It helps loosen your muscles and relive tension. Feeling good physically can help you feel better mentally.

My favorite stretches for a quick morning stretch are:

  1. Neck Stretch
  2. Shoulder Rolls
  3. Arm Across Chest Stretch
  4. Body Twist Back Stretch
  5. Quad Stretch
  6. Forward Fold/Toe Touch
  7. Calf Stretch
