Build healthier habits for a happier life!

Taking care of yourself physically can go a long way in how you feel mentally and emotionally. Building healthy habits you can incorporate into your day without dedicating a ton of time at the gym or following a workout regimen is a great place to start.

This week we are going to incorporate taking the stairs in our routine.. If this feels overwhelming, that’s okay. You can start small by taking the stairs once a day and work your way up. If Another idea is to take the stairs for a flight or 2 and take the elevator the rest of the way. Start where you’re at and increase your stamina as you can! 

I am not a doctor or professional, and I do not advise you to take the stairs against your doctor’s direction. I am just sharing my experiences in what has helped me, hoping it may help you as well!
